The Panasonic 1381x voltage trigger detects preset voltage levels depending on the flavour you select. These are the heart of many solarengine circuits.
Preset voltage trigger point: 4.6 (to 4.9) Volts
Note that the 1381's detect in a range from their rated voltage up to 0.2V higher (0.3V higher on L series up). Refer to the datasheet for more info.
