AX-11R6 Modified version of MIT Handy board, 6811-based microcontroller system

AX-11

This is a modified version of the popular Handy board from MIT and the first ever microcontroller board used for learning C language by Interactive C programming.

The AX-11 is a 6811-based microcontroller system that lets you build mobile robots for educational, hobbyist, and industrial purposes. People use the Handy Board to run robot design courses and competitions at university and high school level, build robots for fun, and control industrial devices.

This board uses the 68HC11 microcontroller and has 32KB non-volatile RAMs, 9 x digital inputs , 21 x 8-bit ADC channels, 4 x DC motor drivers, 6 x Servo motor drivers, a 16x2 LCD display module and a 38kHz IR LED module. Data can be Downloaded from a PC via its RS-232 port.

This Kit Includes:

* AX-11 board
* User Manual
* Custom PC serial port cable
* Power DC adapter

*Interactive C V4

Interactive C (IC) is provided free of charge as a service to educators and the general public. IC 4 supports the Handy Board with Expansion Board, AX-11 board, and the Lego RCX using the serial IR tower only. IC is property of KISS Institute for Practical Robotics, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
