Features of i-BOX 3.0 provided in the Robo-BOX kit.

The heart of the Robo-BOX3.0 hardware is the powerfull MB89F202 which is a 8 bit processor running at 24MHz with 16KB of flash memory and 500 bytes of RAM. There are four DC motor output ports, each individually controlable. Four digital inputs, two digital outputs and four analog inputs with a 10-bit ADC allow a wide range of 5V logic and analog sensors to be connected.

Supply voltage is provided by four AA batteries, or if preferred use rechargeable 1700mAh or higher batteries.

There is also an on board piezo speaker that can be used for audio indication and there are even software commands to make your bot play a tune!

The construction guide provided on the CD-ROM gives detailed step by step illustrated instructions on how to build two types of robot. Code segments in both Cricket Logo and Logo Block formats are given to allow you to easily learn about the behaviour of and implement the various sensors in the kit.
