Payment options

Currently we do not have an automated payment facility.

There are two ways you can pay for your purchace:

1. Make a direct payment into our bank account, or

2. Use your credit card through PayPal. This is very safe and secure.

What happens when you are ready to place your order?

1. When you have finished placing items in your shopping cart please proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to view and edit your shopping cart contents. Should you want to pay by credit card, please add a comment to let us know in the box provided during the checkout and we will reply with the proper instructions.

2. You will be promted to supply your delivery details and review and place your order.

3. Look for an email showing details of your order, the total amount payable and confirming that your order has been placed. You will also find Robokits' bank details so that you can make a funds transfer or deposit. Please look in your spam box if for some reason you did not get this email from us.

4. If for some reason we have run out of stock we will contact you to make further arrangements. See our terms and conditions of trade.

7. We will send you an email notifying you that payment has been confirmed.

8. We will send you an email notifying you that your order has been shipped and provide any further information if necessary.
