Payment options

These are the ways you can pay for your purchase:
 
Make a direct payment into our bank account, or
Use your credit card using Paymate (preferred). This is very safe and secure, or
Transfer funds from your Paypal account.
 
After you have completed the shopping cart transaction process please look for an email showing details of your order, the total amount payable and confirming that your order has been placed. You will also find instructions on how to pay using Paymate or direct electronic transfer. If you want to use Paypal please contact us so that we can make arrangements.
 
Please look in your spam box if for some reason you did not get this email from us.
 
Once payment is confirmed we will send you an email notifying you of this. We will then send you an email notifying you that your order has been shipped and provide any further information such as tracking numbers if necessary.If for some reason we have run out of stock we will contact you to make further arrangements. See our terms and conditions of trade.
 
Please note that we do not currently have a facility in place for manual credit card transactions. Please use Paymate on line.
 
International payments: When paying direct into our banking account customers from outside New Zealand  will be charged an additional NZ$20.00 to cover bank transfer costs.

Robokits has come through the earthquakes so far largely unscathed and we are thankful for that. Our hearts and thoughts go out to all those affected. We are also excited about being part of a business community committed to rebuilding a new Christchurch.
