1/8" Square Solar Cell SCPD

These are small 1/8" square clear-epoxy encapsulated solar cells generating about 1/2 volt @ 1.9mA in sunlight.

These 1/8" square clear-epoxy encapsulated solarcell, are good for 0.475 volts (open circuit) @ 1.86mA (short circuit) in noon sunlight. Made by Siemens Osram, these BPW-34 units are pretty cool!

NOTE: You will need at least 6 wired in series to generate enough voltage to power most solarengines.
