Shipping rates

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held responsible for orders that get delivered wrongly due to incorrect address information.

Currently shipping is at no extra cost to most places in New Zealand. If your order is to be delivered to a rural address we may ask you to pay a little extra. In other words the price you see is the price you pay in most cases. Please see Payment options for more information about paying.

Shipping to Australia:

Customers in Australia please note that you are reponsable for all clearing costs associated with customs and duties for your country. Shipping costs will be calculated for door to door service and must be to a street address. We cannot ship to a post box.

Please do not pay for your order until you hear back from us, ignore the first invoice that you receive. We will reply with a recalculated invoice as an attachment to an email. The prices on this web site include New Zealand GST and this must be removed. Additionally there will probably be an additional amount for shipping and handling depending on the size and type of your order. We hope to have this automated in the near future but for the mean time please bear with us.
